How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders take 4-5 business days once dispatched.
International orders take 7-15 business days once dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are usually dispatched the day after the order has been placed. We cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
What shall I do if I haven't received my order confirmation?
Please check your junk/spam email folders and check that you have entered the correct email address. Order confirmations are usually sent within 1 hour after placing your order.
If you still haven't received it after 1 hour of placing your order, please contact us and we will resend the order confirmation.
What shall I do if there is a problem with my order/delivery?
Please contact us straight away via our social media, email or the contact form on our website.
I entered the wrong delivery address when placing my order, what shall I do?
Please contact us straight away if you have noticed the address was entered wrong.
No refunds will be given if the address was entered incorrectly by yourself and you haven't contacted us before we have dispatched the order.
Can I return/exchange my item?
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our jewellery items (please be aware of this and the sizing before placing an order).
